Sunflowers rising in the rain!

May 19, 2009:  Members of Opac Women’s Resettlement Group want you to see the sunflower crops they planted a month ago growing well as the rainy season continues.  This self-help project began with your donations. Stay tuned for updates.

New homes for seeds and tree seedlings!

May 2009: In soil made soft by the rainy season, these tender “greenlings” are settling in, sprouting. The women of Opac continue to work together to sow their acreages with sunflower seeds and trees.
