The Ochan Self-Help Alliance is currently leveraged in four different projects in Northern Uganda.

- 4-room eco-friendly home with pit latrine built by Ochan in Opac for a needy family whose former home is seen at the right.
Health-care Facilities

- Police Post. Without security, villagers would not have felt it safe to return to Opac. This first step towards improving the mental health of returnees was funded by early U.S. donors to Ochan and its community-based partner in Opac, Ocan Agenne Family Self-Help Community.
Sustainable Green Commerce

- Sunflower crop growing in the rainy season in Opac. Seeds were donated by Ochan to the newly formed Opac Women’s Resettlement Group

- Lira nursery where Ochan purchased pine tree seedlings for Opac
